Project 3: Run a Facebook Campaign

Facebook Ads Manager has been going through some updates. We will update the classroom accordingly once they have stabilized. Thank you for your patience.

It’s time for you to get some hands-on experience with Facebook advertising and plan your first campaign! You will continue to work on the Marketing Challenge you picked for your first project – either the Digital Marketing Nanodegree (DMND) Program, Udacity Enterprise's DMND Corporate Training, or your own company’s product/service. The campaign you are about to create should focus on the target persona you have identified earlier, so have him or her in mind as you go through this project.

Part One

In the first part, you will set up your Facebook advertising campaign, define your audience targeting, and create your ad. For both marketing challenges, you will be setting up multiple single image ads, which allows you to measure how different images perform.

Part Two

Once your campaign setup is reviewed and approved by Udacity, you will complete the second part of the project, which involves running the campaign and analyzing the results.

*Since there’s some real money involved here and the project consists of multiple steps, the instructions are a bit longer than usual.

Campaign Name

The purpose of this campaign name is to track your Facebook campaign. You will receive this campaign name after you have requested access to the shared Facebook Ads Manager. Please allow 3 business days for your access link and your campaign name to arrive in your email inbox.
